Privacy notice: website requests and checkout

This page explains the information requested by the NoBadTenants website form and the outside services involved in sending a screening request and processing payment.

Information requested through the form

The website requests the customer's name, phone number, email address, the rental applicant's full name and phone number, plus optional notes. The request is meant for legitimate tenant screening inquiries. Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license images, bank credentials, or other sensitive identifiers in the notes field.

Form submission and payment providers

The website form submits the entered information to Formspree. After a successful submission, the website redirects to a Stripe payment link with the customer email prefilled. Payment-card entry occurs on Stripe's hosted checkout, not in this website form.

Formspree and Stripe have their own terms and privacy notices, which describe how those providers handle information in their services. Questions about a screening request or information sent to NoBadTenants can be directed to Nobadtenants@outlook.com.

Purpose and limitations

Information submitted is intended for responding to a screening request, confirming required details, and providing a requested service where legally permitted. This page describes the website's technical submission flow, not the complete retention, security, disclosure, or consumer-rights policy for all screening operations.
